Work hours and class times
We pride ourselves on being accessible day and night but here are some general guidelines of when you can reach us.
- We are available via email 24/7/365
- We are here to service you AFTER you pass your final exam
- Please call during the office hours for any assistance in your paperwork
- We are closed for all major holidays
- School nights - Instructors will have their phones on up to 20 minutes after class starts
For general assistant as a new attendee or as a current student, please use these hours:
Monday-Friday: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
Saturday - Sunday: 10:00 am - 2:00 pm
